We understand that your time is important and valuable to you. We hope that you will respect our time as well. Please if you have a scheduled appointment, be kind enough to give us 24 hours notice, so that we might fill that time slot with another appointment.
- Clients that do not give notice of at least the day of their appointment, may be charged for 1/2 the fee of the scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may still be accepted, however session will end at the scheduled time.
Massage is contraindicated for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any client suspected to be under these influences will be turned away and charged for the appointment.
There are NO sexual services offered at this facility of ANY KIND. ANY inappropriate behavior or sexual advances of any kind, suggestive or otherwise are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session and you will be charged for the session.
Payment/Copay is expected at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash & checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $30.00 fee.
We can and will bill insurance for you. It is your responsibility to ensure coverage and if once service is provided, your coverage is declined, you are still responsible for payment of services.
All new clients are required to complete intake paperwork. Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the paperwork. We will take a few moments to review your health history and goals for therapy. This is included in your session time for the first session.
For massage therapy, we ask all of our clients to undress to their level of comfort. You will be under a sheet the entire session and he only part of your body that will be exposed is the part we are working on. We will never expose the genetelia or female breasts as we do not massage these areas.
